HOW DO WE KNOW THAT OUR SKIN IS OF GOOD QUALITY OR NOT?
- You have milky white skin?
- You have wrinkles on your face?

- You have no facial hairs?
- Your lips is too dark?

Healthy skin is smooth like butter, with no breaks or fine lines, Your skin is hydrated enough. It is warm in complexion either you are brown, dark, or white and neither dry and flaky nor moist and wrinkled. Healthy skin is a mirror of a healthy body.
It’s not necessary that costly products will make your face beautiful and healthy. It all depends on your health, if you are fresh and healthy from the inside it will reflect in your face.
FOR HEALTHY FACE SKIN YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW SOME BASIC ROUTINES.
1. Take a healthy diet:
Glowing skin is a sign of good health, Always follow healthy diet routines.
Drink lemon juice(warm water) every morning on an empty stomach.
You can also drink light black tea every morning( for 1 cup: a pinch of tealeaf, tulsi leaf, lemon leaf, or lemon juice(according to your taste).
Take at least 2-3 times papaya, Pineapple, and raw coconuts in a weak.
Eat a salad every day (cucumber and tomato salad)
Every night drink Warm milk adding with jaggery(gudh).
2. Hydrate your body:
Dryness or fine lines and roughness are a symbol of a dehydrated body and skin.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and always try to drink warm water.
Warm water helps to relax the body and increases blood circulation of your body.
Pimples, acne is often caused due to excessive heat stomach, and oil production in the body, Drinking water keeps your body hydrated with fluids and cools down the body’s temperature, which helps in reducing the body heat.
3. Do not wash your face frequently:
Washing your face every time is bad for your skin.
Over-washing your face can be just as bad or even worse than not cleansing at all. If you wash your face too often, you can easily wipes all of the good oils on your skin.
So don’t wash your face when you are not going anywhere.
Sometimes excess oil is good for your skin. especially when you have recent pimple marks on your face, Excess oil helps your skin to removes marks easily and frequently
Excess oil also helps to remove fine lines from your face. The oily face has fewer wrinkles and fine lines or acne marks than a dry or extra clean face.
4.Always try to use natural products with zero adding chemicals:
Lots of good and effective products are available in the market, which shows you good result in short times,
But when you stop using these chemical products then you feel how these products are damaged your skin.
Your skin becomes rough and dry
And you feel like you are looking older than your age.
So always use natural or homemade remedies. It will not show good results in short periods but it will give you permanent benefits for your skin.
